Father's Day Flashback

This Sunday will be Philip's 2nd Father's Day.
That'd actually be 3rd if you counted the Father's Day where baby was in my belly.

So since we're all in Daddy mode here,
here's my Flashback dedicated an extraordinary father.

and some daddy things he does I love:
- I love that you really do think she said "dada" first
- I love how you get her to sit still and sleep with you on the couch.
- I love to think about that time you changed her diaper. You know, in the  hooters men's restroom.
- I love that you insist on giving her cookies, icecream, cake, and donuts because you think she's going to like you better for giving her the yummier stuff.
-I love the when you get mad at me for putting her to bed before you say goodnight.
-I love the look on your face when you see the "Daddy" dance.
-I love when you read her stories.
-I love when you two do the grocery shopping together without me.
-I love the way you say, "Give Daddy kissy"
-I love the way you know to make sure turtle is accounted for at all times.
-I love that you love being a daddy so much, because you're so good at it!

Happy Father's Day Weekend!

  11. Coming over to see your flashback made me think how much I love when my boys go to the grocery story with out me, it gives me a few minutes of peace and them a chance to bond. I also love the picture of him and the dog checking on her.
